Sponsorship Guide
The Chicago Gems Women's Baseball Club is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to making the game of baseball as accessible to girls and women as it is to boys and men. The Chicago Women's Baseball League, which operates under the direction of the Chicago Gems, provides a unique opportunity for women to play competitive amateur baseball. Your donations help support the CWBL as well as the Gems tournament teams, providing field rentals, instruction, new equipment and financial assistance to our players. We thank you for your support.

Single - $25
Double - $50
Triple - $75
Homerun - $100
Grand Slam - $150
MVP - $225
Hall of Fame -$350
Legend of the Game - $500+
Examples of what your contribution will allow us to buy:
$25 = a dozen baseballs (we definitely need those)
$50 = three batting helmets (safety first!)
$75 = a bat (because it looks very silly to stand at the plate without one)
$100= a tiny advertisement in the local neighborhood paper (Come play baseball with us this summer!)
$150 = catcher's gear (a must have, even though it still hurts if you get hit in the gut with a fastball.)
$225 = a group pitching clinic with a qualified pitching coach (you really gotta know what you're doing to teach this)
$350 = half a team's worth of uniforms (no, these are not the little skirty one-piece things they wore in A League of Our Own!)
$500 = A full set of equipment for one team (Hooray!)
